We are happy and privileged to have trusted and committed affiliates like you. TheAdMatrix has gone with many challenges during this period and faced some difficult turbulence along with you. In spite of all this you have maintained trust and confidence in our system and proved that we will certainly create history in future.

Here are few exciting information and announcements we would like to share with you.

1. The entire money request raised till 13th June 2011 has been cleared from Holland and the latest MT list will be uploaded shortly. If any affiliate has not yet received money in his/her account/ MT no. can contact supportindia@theadmatrix.com instead of support@theadmatrix.com. This will help management understand the dues from India. We really regret for any inconvenience caused to our affiliates by any means.

2. Company has got registered in India and bank accounts are operational.

3. New support email id supportindia@theadmatrix.com has been created for efficient and effective Indian operation. So we request all affiliates to write mail on the supportindia e-mail id.

4. Fresh money request can be raised from India from 16th July 2011 onwards. The closing date for 1st payout from India is 19th July 2011 till 11.59 PM.

5. The request for redemption of reward points should not be less than 100 RP, while making payment the necessary T.D.S and other local applicable taxes will be applicable.

6. Kindly make sure that your bank account details are filled properly i.e. RTGS/IFSC codes.

7. Company is setting up “Affiliate support” call center to take care of all queries of our valuable affiliates. The call center numbers will be displayed on our website very soon.
